PROCESS

The substrate is cleaned and prepared using a series of chemical treatments to ensure maximum adhesion of the coating. A base coat is applied to the substrate using a spray gun or other application method. The zinc aluminium flakes are applied to the wet base coat using a spray gun or electrostatic method. The flakes are oriented parallel to the surface of the substrate to maximize corrosion protection. The coated substrate is cured at a specific temperature for a specified duration, allowing the coating to fully cure and bond to the substrate. A topcoat may be applied to provide additional protection and aesthetic appeal.
